Albacore

We have now been involved with the Albacore fleet for three years and with a close associate sailing within the fleet much development work has been done with our sails. The albacore rig benefits from being infinitely adjustable allowing us to build more fullness into the sails for maximum power in medium conditions this allows exceptional downwind performance while retaining pointing and pace upwind

Designs

Most of our genoas are made to a 4 metre luff length, this is our preferred configuration and has become pretty much standard in recent years, sails are made from either Contender polycote material or Dimension 200AP for optimum longevity
