Solo

2006 was a great year for Evolution in the Solo fleet, we came so close to breaking the North domination at the Nationals with a close fought 2nd place with class newcomer and singlehanded sailing Guru Steve Cockerill using a newly developed MAXX sail to the proven Redeye design. The new MAXX sail was also used to take a second place in the hard fought Northern Travelers in the Hands of Chris Gillard. For 2007 we are offering three choices of material for our Solo sails with Radial cut Dacron or Kevlar being offered in addition to our top of the line MAXX sails

Designs

We are offering two designs of sails either the full head sail for those requiring a little extra power or a flat head sail for lighter helms both designs can be cut for the range of mast sections currently popular in the class.
